1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts concluded between us, Tatzenwohl GmbH, Landsbergerstraße 155 Haus 1, 80687 Munich, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “Tatzenwohl”) and you as a customer via our online shop at www.tatzenwohl.com.

2. Offer and Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the purchase button, you submit a binding offer to buy the items in your shopping cart. A confirmation email will be sent immediately, but this does not yet constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract is only concluded when we expressly accept your offer or dispatch the goods.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are quoted in Euro and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs may apply and are shown during the ordering process.

4. Delivery
We deliver within Germany and to other EU countries unless otherwise stated. Delivery times and charges are specified on the respective product pages.

5. Payment Terms
We accept the payment methods specified in the shop, currently credit card and PayPal. The purchase price is due immediately upon order.

6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our cancellation policy.

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Tatzenwohl is not a veterinary clinic, medical center, or licensed veterinary practitioner. Our products and content are intended solely as supportive tools for animal wellness and do not constitute veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Our offerings do not replace a veterinary consultation or medical treatment. We strongly advise consulting with a licensed veterinarian before using any of our products.
All products are complementary, non-invasive aids intended to promote comfort and recovery. Results may vary by animal.
Tatzenwohl assumes no liability for injuries, damages, or health consequences arising from the use of our products, particularly if used improperly or against veterinary advice.
The information provided on our website and in product descriptions does not constitute any promise of cure.

9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Liability
Tatzenwohl is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typical foreseeable damage. Further liability is excluded.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
German law applies. Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is our registered office.

12. Severability Clause
If individual provisions of these T&C are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

13. Customer Accounts
If customers create a user account, they are responsible for keeping login details confidential and preventing unauthorized access. Tatzenwohl accepts no liability for damages caused by misuse of the account.

14. Product Availability
We reserve the right to remove or modify products due to logistical, technical, or legal reasons.
