1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.

2. Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

by means of a clear declaration using the form provided, about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please use the attached withdrawal form.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract, but after receiving and assessing the product.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back and assessed their condition.
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Restrictions on Withdrawal for Limited-Use Products
Certain products we offer, such as Assisi Loops and EquiLoops, are electronic wellness
devices with a limited-use activation cycle. Because the number of uses cannot be externally verified and once activated they cannot be resold or restored to original condition, we can only accept returns for these items if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Once such a product has been activated, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Please
understand that in these cases, we reserve the right to refuse returns or deduct appropriate value from the refund in accordance with the product’s condition.
